How much does a Showcase weigh?
We make every effort to keep our Showcases as lightweight as possible. Each Showcase weighs between five and six pounds.

What are your Showcases made out of?
The structural framework of each Showcase is solidly constructed of all-wood materials. The frames are made of Ash and individually hand-stained a rich Burgundy-Mahogany. A multiple-coat, spray-on satin finish is then applied. The Showcases are also available in a natural finish or black finish. Accents include soft black rope handles, black or white velvet lining and brass-plated latch and hinges.

I would like to get the full benefit of your Volume Discount, but I am unable to order that many Showcases at this time. What can I do?
We suggest that you contact other distributors in your area and place an order together for enough Showcases to maximize the Volume Discount for each of you. When at least 4 Showcases are ordered at the same time, there is currently a $15.00 Volume Discount applied to each Showcase. From the Main Menu, select Special Offers, then Volume Discount to learn more.

What if I want to use a Showcase as a contest incentive for my downline?
From time to time, distributors are looking for contest incentives for their people, and a Showcase can be a powerful motivator. When you use a Showcase as a prize for your downline winning a contest, we offer it to you at a Leadership Discount. Click on Special Offers, then Leadership Discount to learn more.

What is the purpose of the little black plastic piece that is inserted in the top of each Showcase?
We call this bar a "Connector" and it is designed to "connect" two or more Showcases that are set up side-by-side thus helping to stabilize your display.

What do you suggest is the best way to set-up the Showcases on a display table?
There are many ways to set-up the Showcases. Click on our Set-up Diagrams pages and you will see several suggested set-ups for two to six Showcases on various size tables. But be creative. Every situation is different, so don

I have had my Showcases for awhile, and they are starting to get scratched and worn on the edges. What do you recommend?
We have found the best way to touch up minor scratches and wear on the cherry finish is with a black permanent magic marker. Use it sparingly and wipe off any excess immediately. Most damage to your Showcases will occur as the cases rub against each other while carrying them or when they possibly tip over on the way to or from a show or presentation. To help minimize wear and tear on your Showcases, we suggest using our Protective Showcase Covers (listed under Accessories) and/or transporting them in our Quick Cart which enables you to carry up to four Showcases (three with the Protective Covers) on wheels without having to manage them individually.

What is your return/exchange policy.
Returns/exchanges of merchandise for reasons other than damage/defect must meet the following guidelines: 1. Only unused items within 10 days of receipt may be returned. Display Lights and Quick Carts must be unopened. All sales are final on Options Custom Showcases. 2. Customer must notify us within 10 days of receipt to receive authorization for the return prior to shipment. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s) as well as for any replacement item(s). 3. There is a $7.00 restocking charge for each returned Showcase to cover inspection and repackaging. 4. Additional charges will be assessed if returned merchandise is damaged due to careless or improper packaging.
Back To Questions

How long have you been in business?
Our Showcases are the originals and were first introduced in 1995 by Michael Boyanton. Then, in early 1999, we (Gale and Rusti Field) took over the business, and it became known as "Showcases To Go".
Back To Questions

Does the Quick Cart still hold 4 Showcases using the Protective Showcase Covers?
The Quick Cart will hold 3 Showcases, not 4, using the Protective Showcase Covers.
Back To Questions

Are earring cards included with each Showcase ordered?
We do not include earring cards, because not everyone wants them, and we don't want to be wasteful. Some prefer to use their own logo-imprinted flat cards and attach our Earring Card Converters. Others prefer to use their own company or personal earring cards. We do offer 2"x2" Earring Cards in either black or white in packages of 25. Click on Accessories, then Earring Cards for details.

Are Foam Inserts included in each Showcase?
Yes. Each Showcase comes with a Foam Insert which is intended to be placed in the Showcase before closing it to help hold your jewelry in place until your next presentation.

Do I really need Display Lights for my Showcases?
Consider this, if you are in the business of selling jewelry you are, in a sense, a traveling jewelry store. And what do you find in a jewelry store besides lots of jewelry? You got it! Lights! Everywhere, lights! To look dazzling and irrestible, jewelry demands light, better yet, focused light. Many of you market your jewelry through the home party plan. Face it. How many homes do you go into that are designed to market jewelry, that have built in lighting that can be focused on your jewelry? Ridiculous question, right? But how many of us stop to consider that what we are selling demands focused light? If you do not currently use some type of lighting on your jewelry display, the next time you do a jewelry party, step back and really evaluate how your jewelry looks. We think you will agree that it would look a whole lot better and really
